    Emily Zung Manninger



    Emily Zung Manninger is an associate at Hunt Ortmann Palffy Nieves Darling & Mah, Inc. Her practice encompasses both counseling and litigation in the areas of business law, employment law, and construction law. Ms. Manninger successfully represents clients in state and federal court at the trial and appellate levels, and routinely resolves complex disputes through mediation and arbitration. She also counsels public and private employers with their day-to-day management concerns. Ms. Manninger has represented multi-employer trust funds and public entities, handling ERISA litigation, fiduciary issues, health and welfare plan issues, and employee benefit disputes.

    Ms. Manninger received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Literatures in English from the University of California, San Diego, with minors in Economics and Literatures in Spanish. She is licensed to practice law in California in all state courts, and in the Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of the United States District Court. She is also licensed to practice law in Nevada.
