Ms. Sugarman currently practices employment and labor law, helping businesses and non-profits with their employment litigation and transactional needs. Her goal is to empower business and non-profit leaders to have legally sound organizations where their teams can thrive and focus on what they do best.

As Ms. Sugarman handles complex cases at Hunt Ortmann, she draws from her diverse legal background. Prior to working at the firm, Ms. Sugarman worked at the non-profit, Homeboy Industries, where she advocated for clients in Family and Administrative Court as they re-entered society from prison.
