Patricia J. Wolfe is an associate with Hunt Ortmann Palffy Nieves Darling & Mah, Inc. Her practice encompasses the representation of owners, developers, general contractors and subcontractors on private and public works projects. She has litigated matters relating to construction delay and defect claims, bid protests, mechanic’s lien and business disputes. She is known as a zealous and tireless advocate for her clients and is focused on achieving the best result possible for them in a cost-efficient manner.
Recently, Ms. Wolfe acted as second chair in a three month long jury trial in Los Angeles County Superior Court in a dispute related to construction defect and delay claims.
Originally from the East Coast, subsequent to law school and before relocating to California, Ms. Wolfe worked at a variety of Wall Street financial firms where she drafted and negotiated complex financial documentation. She leverages this experience to provide her clients with sophisticated solutions to their business needs.
Ms. Wolfe is no stranger to the courtroom. She basically grew up in the courtroom, often accompanying her father, a veteran trial attorney, to court as a young girl in New York.
Ms. Wolfe received her Juris Doctor degree from Fordham Law School, New York and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in Classical Archaeology from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire.
