The matter involved millions of dollars that was owed to the Firm’s client, and after several mediations and years of litigation, Hunt Ortmann was able to secure a very favorable multi-million dollar settlement.
The successful outcome was headed by Shareholder, Dustin Lozano and Shareholder, Peter Schnaitman, who was instrumental and aggressive in the litigation, achieving monetary sanctions against one of the defendants. Of Counsel, Carlo Pacuilli, was also instrumental in writing the persuasive briefs for mediation, and Shareholder, JoLynn Klein, provided insightful guidance on navigating insurance issues. Additional thanks go to members of the Firm’s legal staff who were hands on in this complete team effort!
