Hunt Ortmann Palffy Nieves Darling & Mah, Inc. welcomed several new attorneys to the firm in 2025. This week, the attorney spotlight is Associate, Jenna Karvunidis. Jenna’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including construction defect and employment matters. She represents a broad range of clients, from developers and contractors to businesses and property owners, handling matters involving breach of contract, property damage, insurance issues, and high-stakes commercial conflicts. Jenna supports cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Hunt Ortmann, Jenna was a Housing Justice Fellow in skid row, where she developed a strong foundation in litigation while advocating for vulnerable populations in high-pressure legal settings. That experience sharpened her courtroom skills and reinforced her commitment to practical, results-oriented advocacy.
In addition to her legal work, Jenna is the founder of YesTable, a technology platform designed to make gatherings more inclusive by helping hosts and guests navigate dietary needs, preferences, and accommodations. Her entrepreneurial background informs her client service approach, giving her insight into the real-world challenges businesses and property owners face.
Jenna earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she was a member of the Law Review and her Note was selected for publication. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Evansville.
Hunt Ortmann is proud to have Jenna as a member of its dedicated team!
