Hunt Ortmann Palffy Nieves Darling & Mah, Inc. is pleased to announce the Firm’s recent victory in defense of a contract awarded to a long standing client.
This April, a very aggressive union filed a bid protest against the Firm’s client who was to be awarded a public works contract valued at almost $150 million. Eventually the union’s bid protest and subsequent appeal were rejected after an evidentiary bid protest appeal hearing.
Special recognition and thanks for this significant victory goes to Hunt Ortmann shareholder, Emily Kromke, who superbly led in defending the client’s contract award which resulted in the rejected bid protest and appeal. Thanks also goes to shareholder, Dustin Lozano, for his contributions in this victory.
Congratulations to our client and Hunt Ortmann!
