Patricia J. Wolfe to Serve as Co-Chair of the LACBA Construction Law Sub-Section and as Co-Author of the California Construction Law Update

Hunt Ortmann Nieves Darling Mah Klein & Lozano, Inc. is pleased to announce that Patricia J. Wolfe will serve as co-chair, with Donna Kirkner, of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Construction Law Sub-Section of the Real Property Section.

In this leadership role, Patricia will help support programming, professional engagement, and discussion of significant developments affecting California’s construction law community.

Patricia will also assume Dale Ortmann’s role as co-author of the California Construction Law Update, continuing the publication’s practical coverage of legislative, regulatory, and case law developments. Carlo Paciulli will continue to be a co-author of the construction treatise.

California Construction Law is a treatise that is designed to be used by both construction professionals and attorneys alike. This book has been published for almost 40 years and was originally co-authored by Gordon Hunt and Ken Gibbs. Subsequently, additional co-authors were added including Barbara  R. Gadbois, Dale Ortmann, Carlo Paciulli and Richard J. Wittbrodt. These co-authors have made significant contributions to this treatise over the years.

Patricia looks forward to collaborating with colleagues, practitioners, and industry participants in both roles and contributing to the continued strength of the construction bar.

Patricia J. Wolfe is a Shareholder with Hunt Ortmann Nieves Darling Mah Klein & Lozano, Inc. Her practice encompasses the representation of owners, developers, general contractors and subcontractors on private and public works projects. She has litigated matters relating to construction delay and defect claims, bid protests, mechanic’s lien and business disputes.
