Hunt Ortmann Palffy Nieves Darling & Mah is pleased to announce that on April 4, 2023, it secured a significant legal victory for a client in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Following trial before the Hon. Stephen Morgan, Hunt Ortmann shareholder, Dustin Lozano, obtained an order for specific performance for the sale of real property arising out of a commercial purchase agreement. Specific performance is a difficult remedy to achieve for breach of a real estate contract. The win is substantial for Hunt Ortmann’s client in that the order requires that the client be deeded the property pursuant to the terms of the purchase agreement.
