You’re Invited: Hunt Ortmann’s California Mandated Sexual Harassment Prevention Training Sessions
Please join us on November 22, 2019 for live sexual harassment prevention training seminars for both employees, and for managers and supervisors.
California law newly requires an employer who employs five or more employees, including temporary or seasonal employees, to provide at least two hours of sexual harassment prevention training to all managerial/supervisory employees and at least one hour of sexual harassment prevention training to all nonsupervisory employees, and once every two years thereafter. New hires and newly designated supervisors must receive training within six months of their placement into a supervisory position.
Hunt Ortmann’s Employment Group Practice Leader JoLynn Scharrer will provide an interactive, in-person, state required sexual harassment prevention training to satisfy the requirements under California law in an informative and interpersonal format for all employers. We have separate training sessions for supervisory and non-supervisory employees.
