California law newly requires an employer who employs five or more employees, including temporary or seasonal employees, to provide at least two hours of sexual harassment training to all managerial/supervisory employees and at least one hour of sexual harassment training to all nonsupervisory employees by the close of 2020, and once every two years thereafter. New hires and newly designated supervisors must receive training within six months of their placement into a supervisory position.
