Kevin Brody has practiced real estate and corporate law in California for over 35 years.
Mr. Brody has formulated, negotiated, documented and closed numerous stock, asset and real property purchase and sales transactions, real and personal property secured financings, office, retail and industrial leases, loan defeasances, joint ventures for the development of real estate, and various forms of entity formations including limited liability companies, corporations, and general and limited partnerships.
Mr. Brody has worked with property owners, developers, governmental agencies, lenders, borrowers, title insurers and other professionals in the acquisition, entitlement, financing, restructuring, development, leasing and disposition of properties including landfills, shopping centers, office buildings, mining sites, manufacturing facilities, agricultural properties, cold storage facilities, gas stations and other properties with environmental and geotechnical issues.
Mr. Brody has taught courses in commercial real estate to attorneys and real estate professionals and has published articles on various real estate and corporate topics in professional journals.
