John Hagan is a dedicated legal professional and Certified PTLS Law Clerk with the California Bar Association, bringing a robust foundation in legal research, writing, and contract analysis. His professional experience spans multiple practice areas, including personal injury, contract law, criminal defense, mediation, and property law. He has demonstrated proficiency in law and motion practice, appellate brief writing, case management, and complex contract review.
Most recently, John served with the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office as a PTLS Certified Law Clerk, where he honed his oral advocacy skills and contributed to the defense of clients requiring skilled legal representation. He is also an alumnus of Trial Lawyers University, where he continues to refine his trial advocacy techniques in preparation for licensure.
Currently a third-year student at Trinity Law School, John ranks in the top 15% of his class while pursuing his Juris Doctor. He earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice/Legal Studies & Advocacy from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating with the Presidential Honor Award. In addition to his academic achievements, John is a Certified Neutral Mediator, serves as President of the Federalist Society, and is an active member of the Christian Legal Society. He intends to sit for the California Bar Examination in February 2026.
