Daniel J. O’Neil-Ortiz has extensive employment as well as general business litigation experience.  He has considerable law and motion experience preparing all types of pleadings, motions and briefs.  He also has argued the full range of motions, including summary judgments.  He has taken and defended depositions of parties, key and expert witnesses and Persons Most Knowledgeable.  He has experience with multi-million dollar class actions as well as single plaintiff employment matters.  In addition, Mr. O’Neil-Ortiz has represented business owners in a variety of general civil litigation matters.

Mr. O’Neil-Ortiz also has significant experience counseling clients on employment matters, including having prepared employee handbooks for numerous clients.  He has also counseled clients regarding wrongful termination issues.

His practice includes representation of both plaintiffs and defendants in their business and commercial litigation matters, including general liability, breach of contract, business tort, and public works claims.  He also is involved in matters involving insurance coverage, bad faith litigation, defense, indemnity, and claims analysis.
