| Hunt Ortmann is honored and proud to announce that Shareholder JoLynn Scharrer has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal in the Women of Influence: Attorneys publication to be released on April 18th.
Among hundreds of nominations the Los Angeles Business Journal received, Ms. Scharrer was selected among those who were worthy of being distinguished in the list of very impressive women as Women of Influence: Attorneys. JoLynn, who leads the Firm’s Employment Law Group and insurance practice, and who is also the first female equity partner of Hunt Ortmann, provides mentoring and professional development to the growing number of female attorneys at the Firm. JoLynn also serves as a volunteer settlement officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court’s program to facilitate resolution of employment cases in partnership with local bar associations, and as a member of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, she speaks to its membership on employment issues and provides pro bono sexual harassment prevention training to its members.
