Emily Zung Manninger is an attorney at Hunt Ortmann Palffy Nieves Darling & Mah, Inc. Ms. Manninger has extensive litigation experience; she successfully represents clients in state and federal court at the trial and appellate levels, and routinely resolves complex disputes through mediation and arbitration. Before joining Hunt Ortmann, Ms. Manninger was an attorney in the Pasadena, California office of a law firm known for representing large multi-employer trust funds and public entities, where she handled ERISA litigation concerning payment and allocation of fringe benefit contributions, fiduciary issues, health and welfare plan issues, and benefit disputes. Ms. Manninger received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Literatures in English from the University of California, San Diego, with minors in Economics and Literatures in Spanish.
