Arsho Karajelian is a paralegal for Hunt Ortmann. Ms. Karajelian’s background as a paralegal comprises of litigation related matters and matters involving corporate transactional law, assisting with the formation of corporations and limited liability companies, and in the review and preparation of commercial real estate leases, contracts, and other real estate related documents. She also has experience assisting in the formation of nonprofit organizations. Ms. Karajelian has a wide range of experience in support of litigation matters and case management from inception through trial. As part of her litigation work, Ms. Karajelian assists with case document reviews and document productions, she also prepares and organizes briefs for hearings and witness documents for depositions. She assists with discovery requests and responses, as well as mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Ms. Karajelian received her paralegal certification in 2015 from Pasadena City College, and is a member of the PCC Paralegal Association.
